Trained remote staff, managed for you.
Since 2021 we’ve recruited, trained and supervised remote staff who answer our clients’ customers, keep their records accurate and keep their books current. For East End Installers alone, we’ve filled more than 50 roles.
The people your business runs on.

What a managed team includes.
You get the output of a well-run team without the hiring, training, and supervision work.
Recruiting & vetting
We find people with the right skills, communication, and attitude for your role.
Training on your processes
We learn how you work, write it down, and train every team member on it.
Supervision & quality checks
Call reviews, accuracy checks, and coaching are included in every engagement.
Clear, regular reporting
You see what was done, how well, and where things can improve.
Your hours, your tools
Teams are scheduled around your time zone and work inside your systems.
Automation built in
As we learn the work, we automate repetitive steps so each person gets more done.
We also build software, so your team’s workload keeps shrinking.
Our developers work alongside the staffing team. When the same task keeps filling your team’s day, we look at whether a system could do it instead.
In one engagement, automating daily confirmation calls gave the team back 180 hours a week, time they now spend on customers instead of phone lists.

-
Go live, then improve
Your team starts with supervision in place, and we review results with you regularly.
Is a managed remote team right for you?
- Calls, emails, or follow-ups are slipping because your team is stretched
- Skilled staff are spending hours on data entry and admin
- Hiring locally is slow, expensive, or hard to scale up and down
- You want dependable coverage without managing more people yourself
- You are launching or growing and need operations in place quickly
Questions about remote teams.
Still unsure whether we are the right fit? Ask us anything on a quick call.
How quickly can a team start?
It depends on the role and how many people you need. We will give you a realistic timeline on the first call, and we can often start small with one or two people while the rest of the team is trained.
Do team members work only on our account?
For most roles, yes. Your team members are dedicated to your business so they learn your customers, products, and standards. Part-time and shared arrangements are available for lighter workloads.
What if someone is not the right fit?
Tell us. We handle coaching, and if needed replacement, so your service is not interrupted. That accountability is part of what you are paying for.
How do we communicate with the team?
However you already work: your phone system, email, chat tools, and project software. You also have a dedicated point of contact at Silver Tongue for anything that needs attention.
How is this different from hiring freelancers?
Freelancers leave you to recruit, train, manage, and replace people yourself. We take on all of that, add supervision and reporting, and keep improving the process with automation.
