Founding employer agreement

We're opening Silver Tongue Contracting to employers in stages. Companies that join now are founding employers, and this is what that means:

  • Your talent pool access is free for as long as the founding programme runs. If paid plans start later, we'll tell you before anything changes.
  • You'll let us know when you hire someone you found through Silver Tongue Contracting.
  • You'll take part in a short feedback check-in, about 10 minutes once a month, so we can build what employers here need.
